Our expert aesthetics team, consisting of Lisa and Mollie, brings a combined 40 years of experience in the industry, ensuring you receive the highest standard of care. Specialising in laser, permanent makeup, and a range of other advanced services, they are also highly skilled skincare specialists with extensive knowledge of Environ skincare. Their dedication and expertise ensure tailored treatments designed to achieve expectional results, as well as treating and managing various skin conditions.
Lisa Ryall
Director - CIDESCO, MHBTh, AAD, B Confed, SAIBTh
Born in Manchester and raised in South Africa, Lisa Ryall discovered her passion for beauty and aesthetics at the young age of 16 when she completed her first nail course, marking the beginning of her illustrious career in the industry. Lisa refined her skills and expertise at the prestigious ISA Carstens Academy before establishing her own salon. Over the years, her career has flourished, driven by a commitment to excellence and innovation.
Her journey in permanent makeup training has taken her across the USA and the East, where she honed her craft to perfection. Always striving to advance, Lisa expanded her expertise into aesthetics, specialising in Permanent Makeup, Advanced Laser Treatments, Skin Concerns, and Advanced Skin Procedures. Her work often involves collaboration with medical professionals to ensure the highest standard of care.
In 2012, Lisa returned to the UK and founded the Dorchester Aesthetics Centre. This center reflects her vision of combining beauty, aesthetics, and medical aesthetics under one roof. It also houses Our Secret Aesthetics, a training academy dedicated to shaping the next generation of beauty therapists and aesthetic practitioners.
Today, Lisa leads Dorchester Aesthetics Centre, offering comprehensive treatments for face and body wellness. Her dedication to innovation and education continues to position Dorchester Aesthetics as a leader in the industry.
Mollie Cox
Senior Aesthetician
Mollie is our Senior Aesthetician with a passion for making people feel their best. Beginning her career in 2012 as a Level 3 beauty Therapist, Mollie temporarily stepped away from the industry to support domestic abuse victims, an experience that shaped her compassionate and dedicated approach. Returning to aesthetics with renewed enthusiasm, she refreshed her qualifications and committed to advancing her expertise.
Since then, Mollie has excelled in advanced aesthetics, earning qualifications in Level 4 Laser Therapy, advanced facials, microneedling, and ablation of skin lesions. She is currently expanding her skill set by specialising in permanent makeup.
Outside the clinic, Mollie enjoys spending time with her family of five and their beloved dog. She loves long walks, camping, reading, and exploring new cuisines, embracing life to the fullest in everything she does.
