More than a receptionist, Nikki is at the heart of our day-to-day operations at Dorchester Aesthetic Centre. She ensures everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, while making every client feel genuinely welcomed, cared for, and supported from the moment they arrive.
With a calm, friendly manner and a naturally caring approach, Nikki looks after appointment bookings, product and treatment enquiries, and ongoing client care — always with efficiency, warmth, and a reassuring smile. Her attention to detail and commitment to exceptional service help create the seamless, professional experience our clients trust and value.

Shannon
Social Media
Shannon is the Head of Social Media and Marketing at Dorchester Aesthetics Centre and is currently undertaking a social media apprenticeship. A long-standing member of the DAC team, she will soon be returning to her role as a receptionist while continuing to contribute to the clinic’s marketing efforts.
Her passion for skincare and beauty was sparked by her mother, who played a significant role in inspiring her interest in the industry. Through her experience in social media, marketing, and client relations, Shannon is dedicated to promoting the clinic’s services while expanding her knowledge of the aesthetics field.
