What is inhouse learning?
You will be a part of a highly experience team of Aestheticians and learn the theoretical and practical skills to become a highly successful beauty therapist.
By experiencing the day to day running of a salon you will learn not only fundamental skills but the intricacies of being and understanding how to be the best therapist possible.

As you learn through our accredited CPD academy level 2, 3 and 4 you will also learn in real life how to be a part of a team and navigate your career choice. The In House training will teach you all the skills required to become a beauty therapist from theory to practical. Assessments are held after each module.
Housed at Dorchester Aesthetics Centre you will experience being part of an exceptional team of Beauty therapists, Nurses and Doctors all at the top of their fields.
Lisa is highly qualified as an aesthetician and trainer and has over 30 years’ experience training in the field. Since qualifying as a beauty therapist in 1988 Lisa has travelled the world gaining experience in her field and as a trainer, imparted her immeasurable knowledge, skill and experience to hundreds of students.
This concept is the brainchild of Lisa who when employing new therapists found that the skill and fundamental understanding of practical working within a salon was severely lacking. If you are serious about your chosen career, then this is your opportunity to jump in and be the best that you can be through expert theoretical and practical training along with invaluable experience.
During training, once qualified in each module, you will have the oppertunity to work in the clinic and earn a comission for treatments performed adding to your training experience.
Lisa only accepts 2 students per module and an extensive interview is conducted prior to your acceptance into the programme. If you are accepted, the world is literally yours for the taking.
