Dr Sophia embarked on the chiropractic journey with the curiosity of how the body can heal naturally, inspired by the observations and amazing results seen from care at Dorchester Chiropractic Clinic with Dr Medley Rose, 8 years ago.

Sophia graduated from The Welsh Institute of Chiropractic with first class honours in 2021 and since beginning her studies, has been attending seminars, conferences and worldwide training events which have contributed towards the advancement and continual development of her chiropractic services.

Chiropractic can shift many paradigms, and helps to remove interference of the body's ability to heal.

Which provides an empowering step to claiming and enhancing your optimal wellness.

Sophia's provides a gentle and holistic approach to your care, often resulting in deep relaxation after most sessions!

Particular outlooks of chiropractic which are of a keen interest to Sophia include; women's well-being, nervous system regulation from trauma and relaxation.

In her free time, she gets stuck in with all things water based, being a fanatic of sailing. Whilst Sophia also enjoys less adrenaline filled attributes such as grounding and breath-work.
